Positive Energy pleases our mind. Another important thing in yoga is focus of attention. For a given task requires a particular environment. Growing interest in the work environment seems to be friendly and it yields better results. The same thing applies in the context of yoga. When appropriate environment for yoga is available its action in mind are more advantageous.

Where environment is clean, positive energy is infused into the mind automatically. Positive Energy delights our mind. Focus of attention in yoga is required. It helps clean the internal environment of our body. For yoga special space is required. One can practice yoga while watching television at homes, through reading yoga book or hearing it. Having two to four plants in the room when you do yoga is especially beneficial. Yoga is fun and its fun-to-act. Sometimes in space of a garden or on the roof yoga can also be done.

If Yoga is performing in a room sunlight should be taken care of. Pure and clean air is essential for yoga. So one should choose a room in which the influence of sunlight and air are clean. It also should be taken care to have nothing in the room to be decentralized. Environment-friendly yoga is effective along with music. Of total peace and comfort to the mind, music moves the joy of yoga is increased it manifold. Tune of the flute, sarong or sitar music tune or adapt to Gayatri Mantra.
